Receipt
A confirmation
letter will be sent to participant by email after the organizer receiving a registration
form and related payment. Receipt can be collected during the conference at
registration desk. 

Cancellation & refund policy 

All registrations
are subjected to the cancellation policy.  

If a
registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason he/she may substitute,
by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/
organization. Written notification must be sent to
slim2017@ku.th.



If the
registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her
place to another person, notification of cancellations must be made in writing
and sent to slim2017@ku.th before 15th
October, 2017 in order to receive 50% refund. 



Transfer of
refund will be made 8-10 weeks after conference.



In case of
refund, registrant is responsible for all transferred fees and bank charges.
