The Shelf Life International Meeting (SLIM) welcomes the submission of quality original research and abstracts on any aspect of food shelf-life for presentation at The Sukosol Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. The 2017 theme is “Emerging Trends in Food Technology and Packaging for Shelf-life Extension and Sustainability Improvement”. Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting the abstract.

Proceeding submission

The proceedings will have a ISBN number and will be in a PDF format, which will be distributed to the participants and will be freely available for download on the GSICA and SLIM 2017 websites.

The contributions should be formatted according to the instructions reported below, and be submitted online on conference website by 1 July 2017. Submissions by fax, post or email will not be considered. The online submission form provided below, mandatory files are marked with a red asterisk (*).
